The State Government is investing in Technical Colleges that will set the standard for excellence in their design, learning setting and delivery of skills-based training for school-enrolled students. We are searching for an exceptional Youth Engagement Officer to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on our students. The Youth Engagement Officer is an integral member of the Technical College Network, with a focus on student wellbeing, learning, and support. The role works collaboratively with students, staff, schools, industry partners, and other key stakeholders to coordinate and implement tailored supports that help maintain a safe and supportive environment, ultimately improving student outcomes and success across the technical colleges. The Youth Engagement Officer aims to enhance student engagement, learning, and wellbeing through accessible, individualised, and group-based support, while fostering a positive and inclusive environment. The role promotes effective teamwork and ensures consistent support of the social, emotional, and educational engagement and wellbeing of students to facilitate learning-ready environments.
