about us
The Inner Collective is a Melbourne-based psychology practice with a strong focus on supporting adults who are neurodivergent, have experienced trauma, or come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, particularly Asian communities. We're also an LGBTQIA+ affirming practice. We're a close-knit community of psychologists with shared professional interests and a commitment to providing thoughtful, inclusive and high-quality psychological care. We're particularly interested in connecting with psychologists who have experience or a strong interest in neurodivergence, trauma and/or working with minority communities. About the chance We're offering a 3–4 days per week consulting arrangement under a Service Agreement. Days are currently flexible but some afterhours availability is encouraged. The practice provides a range of services and facilities in exchange for a percentage-based service fee, including:
• Administrative and practice management support




• Ongoing marketing and referral generation
• Support with building a consistent client caseload
• Beautifully furnished consulting rooms and facilities
• Practice management software and clinical resources
• Guidance around Medicare and private practice requirements
• Some professional development opportunities
• Group supervision and "Journal Club"
• Access to Primary or Secondary supervision for Clinical Psychology Registrars, by arrangement There are also opportunities for psychologists interested in facilitating group therapy programs and psychoeducational workshops. What matters to us Beyond clinical experience, we're interested in connecting with psychologists who value culturally responsive, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming practice. We also value collegial relationships and the opportunity to share knowledge and professional interests with other psychologists.
