Job Opportunity: Solution Architect (Generative AI / Agentic AI)

Kraków, hybrid model (6 office days per month) Type of contract: B2B English: B2+ Role Overview We are looking for a Solution Architect to shape the technical direction of a global programme that is rebuilding employee IT support around AI assistants and agents. The platform is growing from a conversational assistant into an enterprise capability that resolves requests, carries out tasks and connects to many internal systems. You will turn business goals and open questions into clear, structured solution designs, work closely with engineers on how they are built, and explain the architecture to senior non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for the AI support platform and its workstreams.
• Translate business needs into scalable designs and keep high-level and low-level architecture documentation up to date.
• Design AI capabilities that combine LLM orchestration, RAG and agent-based workflows.
• Shape integrations through Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs and event-driven patterns, connecting the platform with ticketing, knowledge and automation tools.
• Define architecture standards covering authentication, identity, auditability, monitoring and AI governance.
• Compare technology options and recommend the right balance of value, risk, cost and complexity.




• Partner with engineering teams to make sure designs are built as intended, and contribute to design authority forums.
• Act as the link between business, delivery and engineering, supporting planning, estimation and early risk identification.

Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or Lead Technical Architect in a large, global organisation.
• Track record of designing large-scale enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Practical experience building or prototyping solutions on LLMs and generative AI services.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks or MCP-based integrations.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases or knowledge graphs.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, microservices and API management.
• Good knowledge of security architecture, CI/CD and observability practices.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into well-structured designs and present them clearly to senior stakeholders.
