Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI solutions for classification, extraction, routing and decision support.
• Build AI agents and orchestration workflows using Azure AI technologies, RAG, prompt engineering and tool integrations.
• Develop software and integrations using C#/.
NET, Python, SQL and modern web technologies.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Develop APIs and integrations across enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Create Power BI dashboards and operational reporting to monitor solution performance.
• Support production solutions, troubleshoot incidents, improve model performance and deliver post-launch enhancements.
• Work directly with business, IT, infrastructure and operations teams to turn requirements into practical technical solutions. About You
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Development or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Hands-on software development experience across the full development lifecycle.
• Experience with C#/.




NET and SQL, plus exposure to technologies such as Python, Node.js, React, Next.js or PHP/Laravel.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform, including Power Automate, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Dataverse and SharePoint.
• Understanding of APIs, system integration, databases, CI/CD, logging and monitoring.
• Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, RAG, AI agents or document understanding is highly regarded.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Why Borg?
