Operations Job Purpose Support the business in achieving its daily targets Reports To Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
• Work as part of a team on a production line to cut, trim, and de-bone pork products from pork carcasses
• Maintain positive housekeeping/food safety standards
• Willing to follow work instructions
• Competent and be able to complete tasks in a protected manner
• Demonstrate an ability to follow quality guidelines and procedures
• Have the ability to demonstrate knife skills
• Ensure all products are produced and packed to company/customer specification
• Inform supervisor of any maintenance issues identified
• Will receive full training Skills / Qualifications / Experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Shows flexibility in all aspects of the role
