• Long term career pathways What you’ll do? As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on technical lead responsible for supporting, stabilising and improving a complex infrastructure environment. You’ll work across servers and virtualisation, backup and recovery, identity, storage and networking, taking ownership of issues while knowing when to bring in specialist expertise.
Support, maintain and troubleshoot server, virtualisation, virtual desktop and application delivery environments. Experience with Entra ID, directory synchronisation, Azure or AWS, deeper networking and security technologies, or voice and unified communications would be highly regarded.
• Manage Active Directory, authentication and federated identity services and their dependencies.
• Support shared storage, virtual infrastructure datastores and capacity requirements.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and service requests while coordinating with external providers where required.
• Review and remediate firewall policies, remote access, network segmentation and infrastructure security requirements.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance and security events and use diagnostic tools to investigate faults.
• Coordinate server and network patching,



maintenance and infrastructure hardening through change management.
• Prepare production changes with clear implementation, validation and rollback plans. What you’ll bring?
• Strong hands-on experience across Windows Server, virtualisation and infrastructure engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with backup, recovery and validating successful restores.
• Experience working within structured change management processes, including patching, validation and rollback planning.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless, switching, firewalls, secure remote access and network segmentation.
• Working knowledge of enterprise storage, shared storage and virtual infrastructure datastores.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to take ownership of complex technical issues. What else do you need to apply?

• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
