The UDC Asset Finance Program is a strategic, product delivery program, requiring robust executive leadership, structured governance,



and alignment across global functions and senior client stakeholders. What you will be doing As part of the Project Management Practice within Capital Markets, the Program Director will ensure the successful governance, alignment and outcome delivery of our largest and most complex client programs. This role focuses on executive leadership, stakeholder alignment and program governance, rather than direct day-to-day delivery management.

Key responsibilities
include
• In conjunction with and UDC stakeholders, provide strategic direction and oversight for the program aligned to business objectives and contractual commitments
• Ensure alignment across product delivery (partner software provider, BA, Dev, QA), implementation teams and support functions, maintaining a coherent end-to-end delivery approach
• Maintain effective dialogue at all levels of the client organisation, including senior executives and sponsors, as well as within leadership
• Lead and govern multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring clarity of priorities, risks and dependencies
• Define and oversee the overall delivery and governance strategy, ensuring effective decision-making and accountability structures
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical risks and issues, driving timely resolution across organizational boundaries
• Provide oversight and challenge to delivery teams, including Project Managers and delivery leads, to ensure consistent execution standards
• Ensure strong control over program milestones, financials, risks and performance, with clear reporting and transparency
• Take overall responsibility for program outcomes, including delivery confidence and client satisfaction




• Establish and reinforce best practice governance, reporting and program management disciplines, tailored to the complexity of the UDC program What you bring
• Substantial proven experience as a Program Director or senior program leader, managing complex, high-value client programs
• Strong understanding of program governance, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple organisations and functions without direct authority
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate effectively at C-suite level
• Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including dependencies between build, implementation and support
• Solid commercial awareness, including program financials and delivery risk
• Willingness to travel when necessary to support onsite client engagement and governance forums Added bonus if you have
• Experience within the Financial Technology / Capital Markets domain, delivering large transformation programs to external clients
• Experience working with tier-1 banking clients
• Knowledge of lending platforms or loan servicing transformations
