Support Specialist II Extended Business Office (EBO) The Support Specialist II provides administrative and account support for healthcare revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for processing account transactions, maintaining records, researching discrepancies, responding to client requests, and supporting daily business office functions. Responsibilities
• Process payments, adjustments, and account transactions.
• Review reports and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Respond to facility and client requests in a timely manner.
• Process correspondence, returned mail, and account updates.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and tracking logs.
• Support revenue cycle and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements. Qualifications




• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of administrative, accounts receivable, healthcare billing, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Robust data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
