You will own the P&L;, set strategy, and guide a senior team across Retail Operations, Merchandise, Customer, Marketing & Digital, Supply Chain, People and Finance.

You will drive sustainable revenue, margin and EBITDA growth, elevate retail execution, and strengthen the customer value proposition while ensuring disciplined capital
