World Fuel Services (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support Joint Project 8190 for the Australian Defence Force. Based in Melbourne, you’ll work with Commercial, Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure accurate, organised and accessible project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

You will coordinate deliverables, manage document control, and assist with reports and submissions, while maintaining confidentiality.
