Endeavour Group seeks a strategic Head of Ad Platforms and Operations to lead advertising platforms, technology and operating capabilities for its retail media business, MixIn. You will steer platform strategy, governance and partnerships across Dan Murphy’s, BWS and ALH, shaping pricing, yield and campaign operations at scale.

You’ll build a high-performing Platform and Operations team, drive cross-functional delivery, and optimise value across the ecosystem in a hybrid Sydney or Melbourne
