At St Martin’s School we believe that a consistent approach to learning and teaching is essential to create a unified learning community. We have implemented a synthetic phonics approach to the teaching of reading, writing, and spelling which is lifting our literacy data. We also have a whole school approach to the teaching of problem solving in mathematics. We educate all to be creative, confident, and reflective learners who are empowered to shape and enrich our world.

We establish supportive learning environments that promote engagement and collaboration. Our staff support one another with their work,
