Zurich Insurance Company is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, build, and operation of production-grade agentic AI solutions. You will shape AI services, establish guardrails, and collaborate across squads to deliver secure, observable, scalable AI capabilities.

You will work with LangGraph, AWS Strands, AgentCore, and Model Context Protocol, applying best practices in CI/CD, security, and data protection. Hybrid work in Sydney is offered.
