Alloy Robotics is hiring for an AI/ML Engineer to own the AI layer learning loop across real robot fleets. You will architect evaluations, retrieval over messy fleet data, and model/harness choices to drive cost efficiency. This role is applied ML shipped weekly, not a research chair.

You'll work with Python to ship production systems, optimize inference costs, and build datasets/detectors that improve across fleets. We value pragmatism, measurement, and impact.
