Do you live and breathe TikTok and Instagram? Are you always spotting trends, coming up with fresh content ideas and thinking about what could go viral next?

GetSashimi is looking for a creative, confident and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Manager to lead our social media presence, develop exciting marketing campaigns and take our brand to the next level. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands viral food content, fast-paced environments and premium brand positioning.

Our head office is based at Sydney Fish Market, with stores across Bondi Beach, Coogee Beach, Cronulla, Manly and Sydney Fish Market.

Flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home days are available. Regular on-site filming and travel between stores will also be required. (Must have car)

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, preferably in food, hospitality or lifestyle.

Include your personal Instagram and TikTok handles, and/or any business accounts you have managed.

A robust understanding of viral content, with examples of successful Reels or TikTok's highly regarded.

Strong on-camera presence and confidence.

Ability to film, edit and publish content daily using an iPhone.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Edits or similar content creation tools.

Ability to identify trends quickly and adapt them to the GetSashimi brand.





A valid driver's licence and access to a car to travel between our locations.

Comfortable filming on-site and capturing real-time content in-store.
