National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) is seeking a part time/full-time Union Organiser to join the Tasmanian team, based in Hobart with regular travel to regional worksites. This ongoing position starts at 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week) with potential to top up to 1 FTE (37.5 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract.

The role focuses on member recruitment, leadership development, and campaign activities in Tasmania, with a competitive salary at NTEU Level 5 or 6 plus 17% employer
