Minor Hotels in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Area Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy across Victoria and Current South Wales. This senior commercial role focuses on driving revenue, developing high-performing sales teams and delivering profitable outcomes for the portfolio.

You will report to the Regional Director of Sales, shape strategic plans across rooms, meetings and events, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners to maximise market share.
