We are seeking a skilled, motivated Senior Signwriter / Signmaker to join our team in a leading, hands‑on role.
Ideally, we're looking for an experienced signmaker with at least five years' industry experience who is confident in their abilities and ready to take on greater responsibility within our production operations.

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality control and workplace safety.
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff and apprentices.
- Identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency and workshop processes.
The level of responsibility will be tailored to your experience, with opportunities to develop into a broader production management role.
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a productive team.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Five or more years' practical experience in signwriting, signmaking or signage manufacturing,
although applications from fourth‑year apprentices and recently qualified tradespeople are welcome.
- Strong practical skills across signage production, fabrication and installation.
- Experience working with a variety of signage materials, tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret drawings, measurements and job specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to support other team members.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to continually improve.
Highly regarded but not essential:
- Certificate III in Signs and Graphics or a relevant trade qualification.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a production team.
- Experience with illuminated signage, 3D lettering and metal fabrication.
- Experience operating CNC routers and other signage manufacturing equipment.
- Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform qualifications.
Leadership experience is an advantage, but attitude, practical ability and a willingness to grow are equally important.
