Gym Attendant | Bandiana, VIC

$33.05 per hour + Super | Weekly Pay | Rotating Roster

Manpower is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Gym Attendant to join a well-established facility located within a secure site in Bandiana, VIC .

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor gym users and promote safe use of fitness equipment
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the gym and associated facilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist facility users as required




- Respond to incidents and administer First Aid where necessary
- Manage sign-in processes and facility access procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and site procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian Citizenship (essential)
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
- Previous experience in a gym, recreation, fitness, customer service or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transport to commute to and from site
