Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria is seeking a Sergeant to lead sheriff’s officers and oversee enforcement of court warrants. The role is field-based with rostered shifts, possible overtime and travel, requiring solid leadership and decision-making in high-pressure situations.

You will supervise field operations, plan joint actions with agencies, and ensure lawful, safe execution of warrants while maintaining comprehensive records and compliance with policy and safety
