NSW Government is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist, working as a People & Culture Business Partner, Case Management, on a short-term contract through to 20 December 2026. The role focuses on high-volume complex case management and sensitive employee matters.

You will lead end-to-end ER matters, provide risk-balanced advice, document records, and partner with managers and P&C; teams. Government context and regulatory knowledge are highly valued.
