We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a key member of our Sales team, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of valued clients, across a range of industries, including healthcare ensuring they receive outstanding service and tailored solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll oversee projects from concept to delivery, helping clients achieve their objectives while driving growth for the business.

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating positive outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding PMG's customer base
- Providing clients with expert advice and tailored solutions
- Managing projects from quotation through to production and delivery
- Collaborating with production, estimating and customer service teams to ensure quality outcomes.




- Resolving customer issues ad ensuring a seamless client experience
- Monitoring account performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful you will have:

- Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development or a similar customer-facing role
- Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and secure opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in print, healthcare and marketing services will be highly regarded.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintain a high level of customer service.
