Kingfisher Bay Resort on K’gari seeks a Head Chef to lead the culinary operation across the resort’s restaurants, functions and outlets. You will shape menus, drive food quality and guest experiences while building a high-performing kitchen team in a unique island workplace.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on workforce planning, cost management and kitchen standards, with opportunities to grow your leadership career within Journey Beyond while living on the island.
