Cairnsfoot School in Brighton-Le-Sands, NSW, is seeking a Support Teacher Transition (Itinerant) to assist secondary students in regular and special settings with their transition from school to post-school destinations. The role requires collaboration with families, schools and community services, including SLES, Local Area Coordinators and NDIS providers.

Applicants should have approval to teach special education and be willing to travel between worksites, with a current driver’s licence.
