Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking an experienced Operations Support Lead for a fixed-term 4-month contract. The role involves supporting the successful integration of services into the Busy Bees network across NSW, reporting to the State Manager, and travelling to services to ensure readiness and safeguarding standards are met.

You will partner with senior operational leaders to strengthen governance, deliver transition plans, and support teams and families through change.
