Kinda Kapers We are seeking a nurturing, caring, energetic, and motivated, qualified & experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Tighes Hill.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Tighes Hill team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Observe and record children's learning and development to inform future planning and share progress with families.
- Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with families, encouraging their involvement in the educational program.
- Lead, mentor, and support room educators to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and hygienic environment for all children.
- Ensure full compliance with Kinda Kapers' policies, procedures, and relevant early childhood legislation.

Skills & Qualifications





- ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/working towards).
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Management Certificates.
- A deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development and education.
