Port Noarlunga Tavern is known for its warm hospitality, great food and entertainment, located just a short walk from the beach. Our summer pop up, Porties Reef Shack, has been a hit this year, run by the team from Porties.

Role

As Head Chef you will play an integral role, leading the Sous Chef and kitchen team. You must have a genuine passion for presenting quality food and be able to supervise a team to deliver that same level of quality and consistency.

Porties is part of the RD Jones Group which has 14 venues within South Australia providing exciting career and development opportunities. We also provide an Employee Assistance Program (Counselling) for staff and immediate family to support valuable mental health.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
