You will provide expert HR advice and support end-to-end case management of complex workplace matters, including preliminary enquiries and investigations into misconduct, discrimination, bullying and harassment.

You will assess risks, coordinate investigations, and offer clear, considered guidance to support timely resolutions, working with leaders and stakeholders while keeping documentation
