Fairmont Resort and Spa in the Blue Mountains is seeking an Outlet Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be accountable for all kitchen duties in their absence and oversee five food and beverage outlets, in-room dining and conferencing/event requirements.

You will lead the kitchen team with robust mentoring, design and cost menus, manage rostering and stock control, and ensure service standards, hygiene and safety across the resort.
