MinRes is seeking a DTS Site Technician to join IT Operations and the Infrastructure team across regional WA locations. You’ll deliver hands-on technical support, assist with IT project rollouts and maintain a strong focus on customer service and relationship building in quick-paced environments.

You will work with Windows desktop environments, Exchange/AD/Azure, and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), apply ITIL-style issue and request management in ServiceNow, and collaborate with the IT support
