Pick Packer - Tullamarine Location: Tullamarine, VIC

Shift: Mornings, Mid, Afternoons available

Our client is a leading warehousing and distribution business based in Tullamarine and is currently seeking experienced Inbound & Outbound Pick Packers to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work in a busy warehouse environment.

About the Role This hands-on position will see you working across both inbound and outbound operations, ensuring stock is accurately received, processed, picked, packed, and dispatched to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders accurately using RF scanners
- Receiving and unloading inbound deliveries
- Checking and processing incoming stock
- Preparing and dispatching outbound orders
- Labelling, wrapping, and palletising products
- Stock replenishment and put-away duties
- Conducting quality checks on products and orders
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised warehouse
- General warehouse and inventory support as required

Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse or pick packing experience




- Experience with inbound and outbound operations highly regarded
- RF scanning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- pallet jack
- Tugger operations
- Ability to meet daily KPIs and productivity targets
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Own transport and driver's licence preferred
