Encore APAC is seeking an Operations Manager - Venues to establish profitability benchmarks across venue units and drive efficiency and productivity improvements. Reporting to the Director of Event Technology, you will implement operational changes and guide budgeting for each venue annually.
You will work with Technology and L&D; teams, coordinate training, and contribute to tendering processes while ensuring compliant operations and reliable reporting across Encore venues.
