Tier 1 contractor who are market leaders in the ground engineering space. We are working with a contractor who work internationally across innovative ground improvement solutions including rigid inclusions, stone columns, soil mixing, dynamic compaction, jet grouting and related techniques for infrastructure, industrial, commercial and civil projects.

Position

You will provide site engineering support on ground improvement projects, working closely with project managers, supervisors and site crews. Responsibilities include monitoring production and quality, assisting with temporary works and methodology, maintaining accurate site records and as-built documentation, conducting quality checks, supporting safe work practices, liaising with clients and consultants, and helping ensure works are delivered to programme, specification and the highest safety standards. The role is predominantly site-based and may involve travel to projects across Australia.

You





- Degree-qualified Civil / Geotechnical Engineer (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on ground improvement, piling, foundations projects in Australia
- Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control and site documentation
- Competent with site surveying, production tracking and basic temporary works awareness
- Current White Card and a strong commitment to safety
- Practical, proactive and comfortable working in a hands-on site environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
