McCarthy Stone is seeking a Care and Support Assistant at Wardington Court, Northampton. This part-time role (15 hours/week) offers a single-site position with no travel between calls and a focus on resident wellbeing.

You'll support residents with daily tasks, assist with social activities, and help maintain independence and dignity in a warm, on-site team workplace. Training is provided and sponsorship is not extended.
