Komatsu Australia seeks a Service Manager to lead the Gladstone Service Department, overseeing workshop, field and embedded services. This role focuses on people leadership, safety, service delivery and the commercial performance of a busy operation.
You will report to the Branch Manager, manage budgets and quoting, and nurture long-term customer relationships while exploring growth opportunities across the region. The role is Monday–Friday, based in Gladstone, QLD.
