The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd (IUIH) is seeking a Team Lead Trainer and Assessor to oversee EMPOWA Training, IUIH's Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You will lead Trainers and Assessors, drive quality learning experiences, and ensure programs meet CIIF and Clinical Quality standards across South East Queensland.
You will mentor staff, manage delivery, monitor performance, and report to the RTO Manager, with travel across SEQ.
