About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist / Speech Therapist , you will play a key role in supporting clients across a diverse caseload, helping them improve their communication, speech, language, and swallowing abilities .

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, and work closely with families, carers, and allied health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with client goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy interventions
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team
- Support and educate families and caregivers on communication strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with compliance standards
- Utilise AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) tools and technologies
- Stay current with speech pathology research and best practice guidelines

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia




- Minimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience in speech pathology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in NDIS, disability, or community health settings (highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Commitment to patient-centred and outcome-focused care
