The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in training and leadership-focused role to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in Logan City. You will train Teammates, drive sales, and help manage merchandising, customer experience, and daily store operations.

As part of the leadership team, you will coach staff, execute the Sales Presentation Guide, and ensure high standards in service, product knowledge, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive work culture.
