South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The role conducts retrospective and concurrent reviews of clinical documentation to ensure best practice standards are met and that the patient episode of care is accurately captured, including diagnostic information and treatment planning.
