Accord Care in Redbank Plains, QLD is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist a male participant with complex needs and high behaviours of concern. You will provide person-centred care, de-escalation, PBSP adherence, and support with daily living and community participation.

You will work 1:1 during the day and 2:1 at night, with roster flexibility across day/night shifts. A current NDIS Worker Screening clearance is required, along with a solid commitment to safety,
