Your New Role This is a great prospect to take the reins of the technical support and service function. As the Service Manager, you'll be the go-to technical lead, mentoring a junior technician, diagnosing pump and equipment issues over the phone, and getting hands-on in the workshop with testing and repairs. Dealing mainly with Australian farmers and rural dealers, you'll deliver clear, practical solutions that keep operations moving.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a junior technician while handling escalations Troubleshoot and diagnose pump and technical faults via phone, email, and messaging Manage warranty claims and service jobs from end to end Advise customers on suitable pump sizing,



system upgrades, and installation setups Head out on occasional regional visits to run training sessions for distributors Keep job tracking, parts, and CRM records up to dateWhy You'll Love ItAttractive salary of $80k
