Vicinity Centres in Northland Shopping Centre, VIC, is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver outstanding service across customer, retailer and contractor interactions. You will manage the customer service desk, respond to enquiries across in-person, phone and email, and uphold Vicinity values with a solid focus on safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Operations team and retailers to meet centre goals, assist with administration, and escalate issues when needed,
