German Butchery Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a hands-on Packing Manager to lead day‐shift packing operations. You will oversee multiple production lines, ensure correct line setup, staffing and timely delivery of products while upholding food safety and traceability.

You will coach team leaders, monitor performance, drive efficiency, and coordinate with Production, QA and Planning to resolve issues and improve processes. A robust meat packaging background and HACCP knowledge are essential.
