Beta Wellness is seeking a confident, motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Sunshine Coast showroom in Buderim.

About the Role

This is a hands-on sales position where you'll manage customer enquiries from the initial conversation through to closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience in our showroom.
- Understanding customer needs and confidently presenting suitable products.
- Actively following up leads by phone, email and through our CRM system.
- Managing customer relationships and converting enquiries into sales.
- Working towards individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline.




- Taking ownership of showroom cleanliness, presentation and organisation, ensuring all display products and showroom areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Assisting with day-to-day showroom operations.

About You

Proven sales experience is essential.

We're particularly interested in applicants with experience in automotive, caravan, RV, marine or other high-value retail sales.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- A proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
- A proactive approach to lead follow-up and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Pride in maintaining a clean, skilled and welcoming showroom.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.
- A reliable, positive attitude and genuine drive to succeed.

Spa industry experience is not required. We can teach you about our products — we're looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
