Rice Boi in Mooloolaba is seeking a Senior Restaurant Supervisor / Duty Manager to lead daily operations and support the team during a busy period on the Sunshine Coast. This hands-on role focuses on service leadership, guest experience, and floor leadership from shift to shift.

You'll partner with the management team to drive high standards, mentor staff, manage flow and bookings, and resolve guest concerns quickly. Adaptable rosters including evenings and weekends are expected.
