Mineral Resources is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to act as a senior escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 incidents across our Australian operations. You will provide hands-on technical support, coordinate service desk activities, manage lifecycle processes, and mentor junior staff to ensure skilled service delivery.

Reporting to the DTS Support Supervisor, you will support desktops, laptops, printers, phones, AV and room tech, participate in lifecycle management and drive
