You will prepare, produce and present breakfast dishes according to standard recipes and directions from the Head Chef, ensuring high quality and timely service. You will uphold food safety and hygiene per HACCP and local guidelines, maintain grooming standards, and work collaboratively with Commis Chef, Food & Beverage Manager and Attendants.
