What You'll Do

- Take ownership of job orders provided by our sales team or existing clients and fill them quickly with the right people.




- Proactively source and screen candidates using our database, professional networks and other creative search methods.
- Continuously grow and maintain an up-to-date talent pool so you're always ready to fill roles quickly.
- Manage multiple live orders, clients and candidates at once, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
- Take on day-to-day administrative tasks to support the wider team.

About You

- A confident, personable communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and candidates.
- Comes from an administration, customer service or similar people-facing background.
- Resourceful and proactive — you think beyond job ads alone to find the right candidate.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
