You will prepare civil design drawings and documentation for residential and subdivision projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and soil testers to deliver practical, buildable outcomes.

The role requires a solid grasp of local planning schemes and standards, proficient use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight
