About the role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Professional with a background in construction, waterproofing, tiling or flooring to join the Bayset team.

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll build robust customer relationships, grow your territory and provide practical, solution-focused support.

What you'll be doing

Grow sales and GP margin across your territory

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Prospect for new business opportunities

Provide technical advice and troubleshoot with customers on site

Prepare quotes and tenders

Develop your product and industry knowledge

Support the Arundel Branch team in delivering a great customer experience

About you

Trade knowledge across construction, waterproofing, tiling or flooring

Previous sales experience, ideally within the construction industry

A strong track record in sales and business development

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability

Confidence dealing with customers and decision-makers

Basic capability with Microsoft Word, Outlook and CRM systems

A current Australian Driver's Licence

you'll be positive, energetic, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
